Waldegrave School Drama Studio

The project was for the refurbishment and extension of an existing Sports Hall, Drama Studio and Changing Facility to provide additional, more modern accommodation. In addition the existing heating and hot water plant was oil fired and in need of replacement.

Engineering Services included:

New Incoming Gas Main.
New Boiler Plant.
New Hot Water Plan and associated Distribution Pipework.
New Incoming Cold Water Main.
New Heat Pumps to provide Heating and Cooling in Summer

The overall value of the project was £600,000
